Adem is the CEO and Co-Founder of A&A Capital, Inc., a Miami-based private equity firm established in 2016. With over twenty years of leadership experience across the transportation and construction sectors, Adem has overseen the delivery of some of the world’s most complex infrastructure systems. He brings extensive international experience, leveraging deep industry knowledge and a global network to drive successful project execution and business growth.

Adem holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
