Dallas, TX (September 17, 2016) — Lisa Winston Hicks, Chairman of the MV Transportation Board of Directors, announced today that Kevin M. Jones has been named Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company.
Recognized as a transformational business leader, Kevin joins MV from DXC Technology, a publicly traded IT services company, where he served as senior vice president and general manager of the Americas region. Prior to this role, Kevin was Chief Customer and Sales Officer of Dell Services. Kevin also served as Senior Vice President for HP’s services business in Asia, Pacific and Japan, while living in Singapore. He spent most of his career as a General Manager, including a six-year assignment in London where he was responsible for some of HP’s largest customer relationships in Europe.
Kevin has an outstanding reputation for operational excellence and efficiency and is expected to continue MV’s momentum with a renewed focus on improved safety results, increased training, continued growth, and innovation.

Kevin holds a BBA from James Madison University and is a Certified Management Accountant. He completed the Executive Training Program – Leading Strategic Change at Indiana University. He lives with his wife and two sons in Dallas, Texas.
