The APTA Hall of Fame recognizes individuals with long, distinguished careers who have made extraordinary contributions to public transportation. This is one of the highest honors in our industry and a powerful recognition of Feysan and Alex’s visionary leadership and the legacy they began when they founded MV Transportation in 1975. While only one of them could be nominated under APTA rules, this honor belongs to both of them.
What started as a mission to provide safe, reliable transportation for underserved communities grew into North America’s largest privately owned passenger transportation company. For 50 years, MV has connected millions of people to work, school, appointments and their communities—and none of it would have been possible without Feysan and Alex’s hard work, dedication and visionary leadership.
Feysan received this honor as MV celebrated our 50th anniversary, commemorating five decades of growth and commitment to the communities we serve.
She was officially recognized at APTA’s 2025 TRANSform Conference in Boston. We were proud to see her legacy honored on such a national stage—an achievement that reflected the values at the heart of MV and the impact we continue to make together.
Congratulations to Feysan for this remarkable achievement!
