Safety excellence begins with training. All MV Operators complete our proprietary driver training program built upon industry best practices and regulatory resources.
OET is customizable to the training needs of our customers without sacrificing the core principles of defensive driving and platinum care customer service.
All training documentation is digital, completed in our proprietary OET App that allows real-time tracking of trainee progress, allowing management to have a clear plan for new drivers.
All MV Operators undergo regular evaluations and in-service assessments that are tracked and documented in the OET App.
MV’s Trainers and local operations are supported by a team of Regional Training Managers to ensure consistent training program execution.
